Where possible, we try to offer you whatever length of holiday you want, anything from a two night break to a full week (seven nights) or longer. We give below some typical prices as a guideline, but please phone or email for a quote for your requirements.

Our prices don't include gas and electricity - just pay for these from your key deposit upon departure according to amounts used. Sometimes for short summertime breaks, a price which includes electricity can be quoted- please ask at time of booking.

The guide prices shown are per cottage (not per person) assuming two/three people in small cottage, max. five people in large cottage (six by arrangement only). Max 10 people in mega cottage (12 by arrangement).

TWO/THREE NIGHT BREAKS
Small cottage: Two night break from £63, three night break from £79
Large cottage: Two night break from £79, three night break from £109
Mega cottage: Two night breaks from £109, three night breaks from £149

FULL WEEK HOLIDAY (SEVEN NIGHTS)
Small cottage: Full week from £109 to £249 depending on time of year
Large cottage: Full week from £179 to £369 depending on time of year
Mega Cottage- full week from £259 to £859

Other lengths of stay from one to six nights normally possible- please phone for quote.

 

Additional points:

(a) A microwave is available if required for a small additional charge, e.g. £1 per day

(b) On holidays of five nights or more, a 'per person' charge of max. £5 per person per week is payable which covers light wear and tear and initial provision of various commodities such as washing up liquid, loo paper, bin bag etc. (children under 16 £2.50).

(c) Key/breakage/gas/electricity deposit: guide min. £30-£100 depending on length of stay/time of year/numbers in party - pay when you arrive, unused portion refundable when you leave, (after gas/electric etc. deductions as applicable).
