Let
the hubbub of modern life just slip away - our cottages, set amongst
organic fields and woods, nestle in the peace and seclusion of the
upper Aled valley's green rolling hills.
At nights it is normally so quiet all you can hear is the owls calling.
Although very secluded here, a short drive will take you into Snowdonia
National Park, with peaceful forests and lakes even closer, and
the seaside not far away.
Each cottage has full central heating, simple
furnishings, shower, cooker, kitchen equipment, fridge, television
and constant hot water. All we ask you is to bring your bed linen.
Our
large cottage (Yr Wyddfa) has three bedrooms and sleeps five (six
by arrangement).
This cottage has two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with
a shower.
Our small cottages each have one bedroom and are
ideal for couples, though a third person can sometimes be accommodated
by arrangement on a fold up bed downstairs.
You will find our cottages clean and tidy, warm
and homely, rather than luxurious. They are simply furnished and
equipped. We regard our guests as more than just customers, and
many return year after year to drink in the peace.
The larger cottage and the two adjacent smaller
ones can be let together as one 'mega cottage' sleeping 10 people,
or 12 by arrangement (see two bottom left pics. in Photo Gallery).
The mega cottage has 3 double b-r, one twin b-r, one bunk bedroom
and 4 bathrooms. It's ideal for an extended family or club get together.
